HB4163 "smoking ban in the workplace"
You may not smoke on your own property, if your property happens to be a restaurant, unless...it is a cigar bar, a retail specialty store, a casino...
There is a bunch of regulation attached to the bill about informing the public. Let's cut to the chase; this bill lays more regulation on businesses and takes away another slice of personal freedom regarding a legal activity and it infringes on private property rights.

This is nothing but an example of the arrogance of government. I own a business and I choose not to allow smoking on the property, however, I don't feel I have the right to determine how others use their private property. Consumers have a choice whether or not to patronize any particular business. Employees have a choice of whether or not they would like to work for any particular business. Thomas Paine said "Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one." How right he was.
Brenda Clack should leave this country and find someplace she can take over as a little Hitler.
I knew this was coming. So goes California so goes the country. I will be done going out to restaurants to eat completely. I will entertain in my home. They will not govern where I do here NEVER NEVER NEVER.
It is time for the people of this state and this country to take our country back. Anyone who says we live in a free democracy is living in a fantasy in their own mind. God Save us all.
