According to the "Market Ticker," if you own GM bonds, the Treasury Department has decided to make you get in line behind the UAW to get your money from this soon-to-be-bankrupt corporation. I do not own GM stock, so I have no skin in the game. But for those of you who do, you may want to read this letter:
