...Consumers Energy and DTE will invest $6 billion in wind turbines, wind farms, etc. But we have to pass some laws first.

Too bad that all my friends that moved out of the State before this was thought of...
Government does not creat jobs unless government expands - then it's very short term. Only citizens create jobs. Free enterprise creates jobs. Please get out of the way and stop putting up road blocks to new jobs in Michigan. Try the age old medical truth: "First, do not harm." That would be a great slogan for our legislature.
