- A $1.7 million credit for Michigan International Speedway
- A $1.3 million credit for the Palace of Auburn Hills
- Expanded charitable contributions credit for zoos, museums and other things
- Additional compensation credit for Meijer
- Additional compensation credit for Spartan Stores
