HB 4003 is Now on the Floor for consideration

They are now taking amendments...
4003 is the Freedom to Work bill. An amendment is being offered to remove the $100 million appropriation from the language of the bill. Why? Because any bill that passes with an appropriation cannot be challenged through a ballot referendum.
