It has to be cut further. We cannot accept less than a 4% cut.
10 minutes to govt shutdown yahoo time to celebrate put an end to granholm expansion of govt.
I wonder if anyone will have the guts to use VOUCHERS as a bargaining tool, seeing as how the original K-12 was (it seems) voted down.
